Zia's professional members are application-oriented and possess the requisite expertise
in water resource system operations, surface and ground water hydrology, hydraulics,
expert witness, engineering design and analysis, geology, economic and socioeconomic
analysis, and environmental impact determination. The experience and qualifications
of Zia team members in water resource project planning, design, and management gives
our team the total capability necessary to conduct all phases of water resource
planning and engineering.
Zia members understand the need to develop meaningful water plans - the plan development must balance the needs of all stakeholder parties. These include but are not limited to communities, private individuals, mutual domestic associations, industry, recreation, agriculture, and state and federal agencies. No single group or party should be able to direct the outcome of the planning process. Our professionals are experienced in development / assistance with 40-year water plans for various communities and mutual domestic entities and the public outreach efforts associated with these critical needs.
