Zia offers a unique complement of civil engineering and environmental development services. Zia's water resources specialists, engineering and environmental scientists provide experience in defining base conditions and parameters, conducting preliminary records and field reviews, developing drainage analysis, reporting and design, permitting, construction observation and post-construction environmental compliance monitoring.

With the goal to design solutions to meet the regulatory climate of civil works efforts, Zia provides competent statistical analysis of data, detailed hydrologic and/or hydraulic systems modeling, scour analysis, structure and erosion control systems design and sediment transport analysis.

Our staff applies cutting-edge integration of GIS databases to environmental and engineering projects, as well as advanced remote-sensing and photogrammetric capabilities. Zia maintains multiple hand-held GPS units capable of offering WAAS-enhanced real-time GPS correction for accurate field mapping of structures and wetland areas.
