Records and Archive Management Services
All members of our library staff are New Mexico Certified Librarians and National Archives Records Administration Certified Federal Records Managers.
As federal agencies begin to include knowledge management processes into their daily business activities, the need for document and records management policies and practices becomes more and more evident. The multitude of document formats, individual department practices, various existing file plans, and in most cases, the lack there of, leaves knowledge management teams overwhelmed as they make an effort to sort through the task ahead of them and the various paths that are available to them. Our records and archive management staff takes the guesswork out of the picture. We have the experience to help guide knowledge management teams in the right direction. Our guidance, support, and recommendations are based on the specific, unique needs of the organization. We work with you to make decisions that will guarantee a document and records management program that works best for you now, and into the future.
Our staff has done its homework regarding the various software products available for records management needs. We are confident that we can recommend quality products to our clients that will offer state-of-the-art technology and the support for that technology for many years to come. All recommendations are based on a client’s needs. What works for one client may not necessarily be the best product for another.
Our system development process includes an extensive inventory of your collection and interviews with individuals that will be using the collection. All regulations and guidance pertaining to the organization is taken into consideration at every step of the process to ensure your security and compliance needs are met.
We offer various levels of support from assessment, to system creation, to system population, to full project research support.
